The company was taken from a $20,000,000 per year Asian retail operation to a $250,000,000 per year B2B network inside 6 years. Local and expat business networks.
An Asian distribution was established to maximise their fund raising projects into the designated markets. One fund was seeded and funds were generated for the whole product range of several groups.
They were assisted to gain market share in Japan and other Asian markets, with both local and ex pat networks. In addition we assisted in the set up and operation of their local offices within the region.
Through selected contacts we have access to UHNW individuals and companies, Institutions, Sovereign Wealth Funds and Family Offices. These parties are all involved in either the buy or sell side of large real estate transactions and opportunities.
A Global intermediary network has been set up, which has generated over £50,000,000 in 4 years. This business continues to expand, with several new developers now secured to provide more opportunities to the network. We also provide project funding solutions.
Activities included event management and marketing activities globally. We also have numerous connections who require new and interesting propositions. We introduce various product providers to this network.

A Financial Services and Real Estate professional with over 30 yearsexperience, in Asia, the UK and Europe. Previously held senior Management positions at two Banking Institutions including the Financial Planning Division of American Express in the UK and managing change and projects for a retail financial institution who were moving to full banking status. In both roles he was also responsible for training, recruitment and various marketing projects.
After relocating to Asia in 1995, he built and managed alongside his key business partners a large successful Wealth Management and product distribution company in Japan. During this time he began to assist overseas asset managers in distribution of their alternative investment product, fund raising and business establishment.
He has been involved in structuring and managing various funds and structured products for various financial institutions, including the marketing and point of sales design and implementation.
He has assisted and developed various overseas operations.
For 20 years in Asia he was responsible for creating and managing the third party distribution and fund raising activity for various groups, including a large Canadian developer, where he was Executive Vice President of Sales and Business Development. He has also helped to build the Asia distribution network for a number of other asset management clients, including a large UK developer where they built a distribution base responsible for over £60million of commercial property investment sales. The target audience for this range of diversified investment solutions were Financial Professionals and Intermediaries, including Financial Advisers, Financial Planners, Wealth Managers, Real Estates groups, Banks, Family Offices etc.
After relocating back to the UK in 2014 he established his own business consultancy practice Eclipse Strategic Partners. He provides an impressive and comprehensive sales and distribution management skill set, along with access to a large network of intermediaries and institutions seeking property opportunities Globally.
